Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet safety and appearance standards.

You will perform maintenance, complete make-ready work for vacant units, manage supplies, document work orders, and support grounds and common areas. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and EPA refrigerant certifications where applicable. Join a team focused on quality service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, II, or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• State and local certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and repairs per safety standards.
• Prepares vacants for leasing and conducts pre-move inspections.
• Maintains inventory, tracks supplies, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents work orders accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Performs grounds and common area upkeep and minor cleaning tasks.
