Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality per company standards. The role involves diagnosing defects, performing repairs, and supporting make-ready readiness for new residents.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) as required for Certified Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Handle make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Manage materials and inventory with proper tracking and re-order notifications.
• Document service activities accurately for tracking and records.
• Assist in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning, painting curbs, and debris removal.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Education
