Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and ensure property standards across buildings. Duties include diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and performing make-readies for vacants to support leasing.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in documentation, and efficient use of materials. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local credentials, and a valid driver’s license for on-property operations.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Complete make-readies for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, request re-orders, and notify maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests for accurate records.
• Assist in grounds and amenity upkeep and follow safety policies.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently.

Education
