Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards. You will diagnose defects, perform make-ready tasks, manage inventory, document work, and assist with safety and cost-control measures.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and preventative maintenance on property features.
• Ability to diagnose defects, order parts, and complete service requests.
• EPA refrigerant certification required for refrigerant work.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Makes the ready-to-lease preparation, inspects units, and coordinates vendors.
• Manages inventory, tracks supplies, and notifies supervisor on reorders.
• Documents work and maintains accurate records for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting.
• Contributes to cost control by using parts efficiently.
