Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the buildings, grounds and amenities meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and overall functionality. You will diagnose issues and perform repairs, completing preventive maintenance.

You will handle work orders, prep vacant units for new leases, maintain common areas, and support safety programs. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Performs diagnostic and repair tasks on building systems and equipment.
• Completes preventive maintenance following policies and code requirements.
• Maintains documentation for service requests and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing (make-ready) and inspects completed work.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; trims, cleans and paints as needed.
• Tracks inventory and communicates needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Adheres to safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
