Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Westminster, CO is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair building systems, grounds, and amenities. You will perform preventive maintenance, complete make-ready tasks for new residents, and help enforce safety standards across the property.

Qualified candidates hold EPA refrigerant certifications, possess a valid driver’s license, and are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and coordination.
• Accesses materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Documents work orders accurately and on time.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
