Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and assist with make-ready processes for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on property buildings and systems.
• Ability to diagnose defects and complete work orders.
• Knowledge of safety standards and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacants via make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, equipment, and inventory for maintenance.
• Document work orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-saving by repairs where feasible.
