Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support the maintenance and safety standards of a Fort Collins property. You will respond to work orders, inspect systems, and perform preventative maintenance to keep the building in top condition.

The role requires completing make-ready tasks, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventories, and documenting all actions. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required for certified service technicians.
• State and local certifications as required for all service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and codes.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
• Procures materials and maintains inventory by following procedures for hardware, tools, and supplies.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing where feasible and using materials judiciously.
