Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Westminster, CO to handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for rental properties. You will diagnose issues, perform essential repairs, and help maintain grounds and amenities to meet company standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle use. A flexible schedule with potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property depending on property size, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and completing repairs per policies and codes.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling, and inspections.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Documents work performed promptly and accurately for service requests to be tracked.
• Maintains grounds and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage, and assisting with general upkeep.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts when possible and using tools efficiently.
