Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will diagnose defects from resident requests, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacant units to support leasing activity.

Applicants must have EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal, state and local certifications, and a valid driver’s license to operate on the property.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• OSHA/safety training or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, andNotifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
