Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical integrity of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

This on-site role requires completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and managing make-ready tasks for vacant units while tracking inventory and following safety procedures. Strong certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• State and Local certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access and manage materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately for tracking.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenity maintenance, including cleaning and painting.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
