Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, assist with make-ready of vacant units, manage inventory, and support safety and compliance across property operations. This onsite role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• State and Local certifications as applicable per jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance following safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
