Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality at our Greenwood Village property.

The role requires diagnosing issues, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, maintaining inventory, and documenting work orders. Compliance with safety rules and proper equipment use is essential.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects on the property following policies and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, inspect and schedule tasks.
• Manage materials, track inventory, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Help maintain grounds and common areas, clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
