Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Denver to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role covers diagnosing defects, completing repairs, and making-ready vacant units for new tenants, with emphasis on safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting service requests, managing supplies, and assisting with grounds maintenance, all while contributing to cost-control and efficient property operations.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify supervisor for re-ordering.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.
