Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help manage maintenance processes across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, resident relations, timely work order responses, and reliable record-keeping to support property operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform on-site maintenance tasks for community buildings and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
