Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II (Make Ready) to maintain and prepare apartment homes for new residents. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety checks in a fast-paced multifamily community, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1–3 years’ maintenance experience in multi‑family settings.
• Ability to read/understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re‑inspect units.
• Restore apartments to make‑ready status and respond to repair requests.
• Perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more.
• Ensure safety standards and Fair Housing compliance on site.
• Provide timely resident service and uphold on‑site standards.
