Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II (Make Ready) to maintain the condition and appearance of our community. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated units, restoring apartments to make-ready status, and addressing needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. Strong customer service and safety practices are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance projects.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, excellent service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Address other duties as assigned.
