Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance (siding, painting, lighting, etc.).
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
