Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks while delivering top-tier customer service. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds duties under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor and property manager.

Responsibilities include timely work-order completion, safety compliance, and proactive preventative maintenance across multiple areas, with on-site property support and on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window/door repair and tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pools, elevators and more.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to meet company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.
