Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Phoenix. The role involves addressing a wide range of apartment and property maintenance duties, ensuring high standards of customer service and curb appeal for the assigned property.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds, while proactively maintaining safety and resident satisfaction. The position may require on-call duties and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds tasks.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal and resident satisfaction on property.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leadership.
