Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties with a strong focus on customer service and curb appeal. The role involves a range of repairs and proactive upkeep to ensure property safety and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry and maintenance skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and understand English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.
• Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more.
• Maintain work order system by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness, and identify issues needing maintenance.
