Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general upkeep across apartment properties. You will maintain safety, respond to emergencies, manage work orders, and uphold curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.

Requires high school diploma, at least one year in property management or related field, valid driver's license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Carpentry tasks include wallboard repair, cabinet replacement and tile work.
• Maintain and update work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal, fires or floods.
• Promote safety and risk management per policy and regulations.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, professional manner to uphold service quality.
