Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills desired.

Responsabilités

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as appropriate.
• Maintain one or more work orders and ensure timely completion to standard and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to identify safety or maintenance issues.
• Assist with emergency situations and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management in accordance with company policies.
