Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep the property's common areas clean both inside and outside. The role involves making ready units, basic repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in maintenance or related field, with a preference for a high school diploma or GED and general skilled trades knowledge. On-site work with a full benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas inside and outside the property.
• Complete grounds work such as trash removal, power washing, and debris removal.
• Clean breezeways, trim plants, monitor irrigation and basic pool care.
