Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle general upkeep of a residential property. The role includes custodial work, grounds maintenance, make-ready preparation for vacants, and basic pool care.

You will operate equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and vacuum systems to keep common areas clean and safe. The position requires at least 1 year in maintenance, familiarity with multiple trades, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge in trades including construction/repair and basic carpentry.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas inside and outside.
• Complete grounds work: trash, cleaning, power washing, and debris removal.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and common areas, including doors and railings.
• Assist with make-ready units and prepare vacants for occupancy.
• Operate equipment safely: power washer, blower, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, sweepers, golf carts.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic chemical handling.
