Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep the property interiors and exteriors clean and well-kept. You will handle routine tasks, respond to work orders, and support make-ready preparations for new residents.

The role requires physical activity outdoors, knowledge of groundskeeping and basic repairs, and the ability to operate equipment such as power washers and floor scrubbers. RPM Living offers strong benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal and power washing.
• Clean breezeways, trim plants, and perform basic landscaping.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash removal prior to occupancy.
• Operate power washer, blowers, floor scrubbers, and related equipment.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic chemical adjustments.
• Respond to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders within 24-48 hours and update records.
