Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior common areas of our property. The role includes custodial duties, grounds work, breezeway cleaning, basic landscaping, and assist in make-ready units.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with knowledge of varied skilled trades and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and power wash when needed.
• Assist in basic landscaping and make-ready unit preparation.
