Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep interior and exterior common areas clean. Responsibilities include custodial work, grounds tasks, make-ready preparation, and equipment operation.

The role requires basic trade skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience. The position is on-site at a property in Texas with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience or related field.
• General knowledge in trades including drywall and carpentry.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and assist with make-ready units.
• Operate power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers and related tools.
• Assist in pool maintenance and respond to on-call needs.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours with clear records.
