Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle custodial work, grounds maintenance, and basic repairs across a property. The role supports make-ready units, pool care, and routine preventive tasks to preserve aesthetics and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience. This on-site position requires physical stamina, familiarity with common trades, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge in skilled trades (construction/installation, repair, drywall, carpentry).
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and cleanup per Manager directions.
• Power wash, trim, water plants, and monitor irrigation as needed.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash outs prior to occupancy.
• Operate power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers, and related tools.
• Support pool maintenance and basic chemical adjustments.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper record updates in the system.
