Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance/related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of the work order system to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
