Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of apartment and property maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining curb appeal. You will work under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor and property manager at the assigned property.

Expect to tackle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs, participate in preventative maintenance, and help ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed by supervisor.
• Carry out preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, and more.
