You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and more, maintain work orders, inspect grounds, assist with emergencies, and safeguard safety while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
