Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance tasks per the supervisor’s instructions. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds work while upholding high standards of service and curb appeal.

You will inspect and maintain safety, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with maintenance leadership. A valid driver’s license, basic math and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or a related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the supervisor or property manager.
• Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
