Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities across our managed properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and assist in make-ready, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality across all common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will contribute to cost-control efforts while documenting work and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and completing work orders.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recovery.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate on-site vehicles or carts.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks materials, secures supplies, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service activities accurately for records and follow-up.
• Assists with grounds, cleaning, and site upkeep; uses tools efficiently to reduce waste.
