Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and function of buildings and amenities. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and assist with make-ready tasks for move-ins.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 & 2 or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
• Access materials and track inventory, coordinating with maintenance for reorders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for record keeping.
• Assist in grounds and common areas maintenance and safety compliance.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
