Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold apartment homes and community facilities across Florida. The role involves performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns to ensure high resident satisfaction and curb appeal.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical knowledge, and English proficiency for safety. EPA/CPO certifications may be required or obtained within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools; EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or provided within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and community facilities.
• Complete apartment turns by inspecting, repairing, painting, cleaning, and preparing units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as HVAC checks and smoke detector inspections.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; address trash, debris, and cleanliness.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support, including moving appliances and issuing keys.
• Adhere to maintenance processes and close service requests in the system.
• Participate in on-call duty evenings and weekends.
