Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and enhance the living environment across Florida communities. The role involves performing repairs, turn-ins, and preventive maintenance to keep apartments and facilities in top condition.

The candidate will address service requests, assist residents with concerns, and help maintain curb appeal and safety standards. Training for certifications will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools and EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents with the goal of high resident satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Complete apartment unit turns by inspecting, repairing, painting, cleaning, and preparing units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections including HVAC checks and smoke detector reviews.
• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and amenities, addressing maintenance issues and keeping areas clean.
• Assist with operations and resident support, including moving appliances and responding to issues promptly.
• Adhere to maintenance processes and close service requests in the system; participate in on-call duty.
