Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to keep apartments and common areas in excellent condition across our Florida communities. You’ll perform painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscaping, and pool maintenance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll work independently, handle move-ins/outs, respond to service requests, and coordinate with supervisors and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Trades training or certifications are preferred.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair or carpentry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments and common areas to preserve curb appeal and safety.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry tasks.
• Inspect move-in and move-out units and coordinate repairs.
• Address landscaping and irrigation as needed and supervise contractors.
• Maintain EPA logs, safety records and inventory; respond to service requests.
• Assist with pool maintenance and general property upkeep.
