Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep apartment homes and community facilities. You will handle routine repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to ensure a high standard of living for residents.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical skills, English proficiency, and CPO/EPA certifications or the ability to obtain them within six months. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• CPO and EPA certifications required or obtained within six months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) including pre-move out inspections and punch lists.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, detectors, appliances and general systems.
• Maintain community grounds, buildings and common areas; clean and repair as needed.
• Assist with upkeep of property amenities, irrigation, and exterior features.
• Respond to reported issues promptly; move appliances and provide resident support.
• Adhere to maintenance processes and close service requests in the system; track inspections.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends as required.
