Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair apartment homes and community facilities in our Florida portfolio. You will handle service requests, turns, preventive maintenance, irrigation, and general upkeep to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

We value hands-on skills in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry, with EPA/CPO certifications preferred or required within six months. English proficiency is essential for safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required.
• CPO and EPA certifications must be provided at hire or obtained within six months.
• Ability to speak, read and write English is required for safety and productivity.
• Over one year of maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and facilities.
• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) including painting and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections (HVAC, detectors, appliances).
• Maintain community grounds and common areas, including irrigation checks and repairs.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support.
• Adhere to maintenance processes and close service requests in the system.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends as required.
