Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our Florida communities. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, a high school diploma, and English proficiency, with EPA/CPO certifications expected or obtainable within six months. You will maintain grounds and common areas, assist with turn/paint/repair tasks, and help safeguard residents'

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• CPO certification may be required in order to service pools. EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II) required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• Prefer over one year of experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high satisfaction/retention.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) including painting, cleaning and prepping units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect HVAC, smoke detectors, appliances, and general systems.
• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas; address maintenance issues and cleanup.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support; move appliances and respond to issues promptly.
• Adhere to established maintenance processes and close service requests in the system.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends as required.
