Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to keep our Florida communities in top condition. You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs and carpentry, maintain landscaping, irrigation, and curb appeal, and complete make-readies for new residents.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, basic mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) preferred or to be obtained post‑hire.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance in apartments and facilities.
• Complete make-readies: paint, clean, repair, and prepare units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect HVAC, smoke detectors, appliances, and systems.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; address landscaping and irrigation needs.
• Assist with on-call duties evenings and weekends as required.
• Document work and close service requests in the property management system.
