Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a maintenance technician to perform comprehensive property upkeep across our Florida multifamily communities. You will handle routine repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and safety tasks while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include addressing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues, maintaining building exteriors and grounds, and supporting pool and irrigation tasks as certified.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills to assist residents and address needs.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and maintain a safe work environment.
• English proficiency for safety, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) including inspections and painting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections (HVAC, detectors, appliances).
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Support upkeep of amenities and exterior features, including irrigation checks and pool care if applicable.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support, including moving appliances and issuing keys.
• Adhere to maintenance processes, update work orders, and close service requests.
