Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep common areas clean inside and outside the property. You will perform custodial tasks, grounds work, and assist in make-ready units to prepare homes for new residents.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, basic landscaping, pool maintenance, and responding to after-hours maintenance needs. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related field experience is preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades such as construction/installation, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work as directed, including trash removal and power washing.
• Clean breezeways, trim shrubs, and perform basic landscaping tasks.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash outs prior to move-in.
• Operate maintenance equipment safely: power washer, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Assist in pool maintenance and monitor basic pool care.
