Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior common areas clean and well-maintained on-site. You’ll perform custodial tasks, assist with make-readies, and handle basic repairs to preserve the community’s appearance and safety.

The role requires familiarity with power washing, floor care, and landscaping basics; a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience are preferred. Flexible hours, including some weekends, may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• Knowledge of general trades and basic carpentry/repair work.
• Ability to operate power tools and cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal and power washing.
• Clean breezeways and wipe down doors and handrails.
• Assist with make-ready units and trash outs.
• Operate power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers and pool care basics.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform repairs to maintain aesthetics and safety compliance.
