Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general upkeep and keep interior and exterior areas in top condition. The role emphasizes timely maintenance, safety, and quality workmanship on a multi-family property.

You will perform custodial tasks, basic repairs, landscaping, make-readies, and operate equipment such as power washers and floor scrubbers. A reliable team player with one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have foundational maintenance/handyman skills.
• Experience with make-ready, cleaning, and basic repairs is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and OSHA guidelines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and minor landscaping as directed.
• Clean breezeways, power wash, and wipe down surfaces.
