Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across the community. You will oversee make-ready inspections, coordinate with vendors, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.

You will maintain tools and inventory, perform preventative tasks, and support cost controls while ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must have own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for company interactions.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; PM system experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to handle financial, administrative, and legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate inspections and vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials; order supplies within budget guidance.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance procedures and support budget development.
• Assist in cost-control efforts by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
• Ensure safety meetings and compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
