Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform tasks ensuring community buildings, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar quality standards.

The role includes diagnosing issues, completing work orders, coordinating make-ready tasks for vacant units, and conducting safety inspections. EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license may be required, with emphasis on customer service and cost-conscious work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building maintenance.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; knowledge of safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and complete maintenance requests per policy and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Set and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work of others and contractors to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain inventory and assist Community Manager with budgeting and cost control.
