Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical work across community buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role involves diagnosing resident service requests, completing make-ready inspections, and coordinating vendors while controlling costs and materials. A valid driver’s license and EPA certifications are required or expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trades is preferred.
• Ability to use basic tools and measuring devices safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across the community.
• Complete work orders and routine upkeep per policies and safety rules.
• Manage make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect work for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain supplies and stay within budget guidelines.
• Support safety meetings and keep MSD sheets current.
• Assist in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
