Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Porter to assist with maintenance and day-to-day operations at a residential community. The role covers routine cleaning, grounds upkeep, and responsive service to resident requests under supervision.

You will support a preventive maintenance program, follow safety policies, and participate in on-call emergencies as needed. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas daily; perform routine and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program and safety standards; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community to residents.
